Counselling will give you the opportunity to talk about what is troubling you. The role of the counsellor is to help you find your own way to handle your situation and, if you wish, make changes in your life. Clients meet the counsellor on a one-to-one basis for personal counselling. A preliminary session without commitment offers both parties the opportunity to meet and decide if they want to work together.
