Terms and Conditions

We require 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or change an appointment. A cancellation charge is levied if you break an appointment without notice.

As a private patient you are responsible for the payment of all charges.

Our commitment to you

  • You will always receive physiotherapy by a qualified physiotherapist, Registered with the Health Professions Council (formally called 'State Registered' or SRP), who will examine and treat you in line with the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy's code of practice
  • After examination the physiotherapist will explain the assessment of your problem and proposed treatment, explaining what is involved, and if possible give you an estimate of the number of treatment sessions needed and the time period required.
  • You may decline any of the treatment proposed.
  • Your consultation and treatment will always be on a one to one basis and in the privacy of the treatment room.
  • You are welcome to be accommpanied in the treatment room.
